Shopify Partner

The Shopify agency that also runs your growth.

Paid media, lifecycle and SEO from the same team that writes the Shopify code underneath them. One flat retainer, no handoffs between an agency and a dev shop who each think the other one owns the problem.

  • Shopify Plus, Functions and checkout extensibility
  • Custom apps written in-house, not bought and bent
  • Multi-market storefronts that hold up across borders
  • Two commercial Shopify apps of our own

What we actually build on Shopify.

Not a services list copied off a partner directory. This is the work that keeps recurring across the stores we run.

Shopify Plus

01

Checkout extensibility, Functions, Flow and the platform features a high-volume store actually leans on. We run Plus stores day to day, not as a one-off migration project.

  • Discount and cart Functions written in-house
  • Checkout and post-purchase UI extensions
  • Flow automations tied to real merchandising rules
  • B2B and wholesale on the same store

Custom apps

02

The functionality your growth plan needs that no theme or plugin ships with. If the answer to a good idea is "the app doesn't do that", that's the part we replace.

  • Dealer and wholesale ordering portals
  • Mix-and-match bundle builders with live pricing
  • Native wishlists, replacing third-party dependencies
  • Size guides, configurators and product-page systems

Multi-market

03

Selling into several countries from one storefront without the catalog, pricing or search visibility falling apart at the border.

  • Market-correct pricing and currency
  • Per-market catalogs, exclusions and publication
  • hreflang clusters that Google actually honours
  • Region-specific merchandising and metafields

Data that reconciles

04

Server-side tagging, consent and attribution wired so Shopify, the ad platforms and your analytics stop disagreeing about what happened.

  • Server-side GTM and Elevar implementations
  • Contribution-profit reporting from real unit costs
  • Feed and catalog engineering for shopping campaigns
  • Post-purchase surveys for zero-party attribution

The store is usually the constraint.

When paid stops scaling, the reflex is to blame the ad account. Often the real limit is somewhere else: a category page nobody can find, a bundle the theme can't express, inventory the storefront doesn't know about, or attribution that quietly disagrees with the bank.

An agency that can only buy media will optimise around those problems forever, because fixing them is out of scope. A dev shop will fix them but has no stake in whether it moved revenue.

We do both, and we're measured on the second one.

Questions we get.

Are you a Shopify Partner?

Yes. We hold a Shopify Partner organisation and build on the platform commercially, including two Shopify apps of our own: Attruity, a post-purchase attribution survey tool, and Syncwright, a Lightspeed Retail to Shopify sync. We are not a Shopify Plus Partner agency under Shopify's formal programme, though we run Plus stores day to day.

Do you only do development?

No, and that's rather the point. We run the paid media, lifecycle and SEO as well, and the build work exists to unblock those. Most agencies file a ticket at the edge of the theme editor. We keep going, because the constraint on growth is usually in the store rather than in the ad account.

Do you do migrations onto Shopify?

We do, but we'll be honest about whether it's the right first move. A replatform is a large spend that often does not shift revenue on its own. If your constraint is acquisition, merchandising or retention, we'd rather fix that first and migrate when it's genuinely the blocker.

What about headless and Hydrogen?

Only when it earns its keep. Headless buys you flexibility and costs you a lot of the platform's built-in machinery. For most stores at most stages a well-engineered Liquid theme converts just as well for a fraction of the ongoing cost, so we'll tell you when it isn't worth it.

What does it cost?

A flat monthly retainer covering the disciplines you need, build included. No change orders and no hourly reconciliation for the development work. Most engagements start between $3k and $12k a month depending on scope.
