The challenge
Strong product, strong creative, and reporting nobody could trust. Numbers moved depending on which platform you asked, so the team could not tell which channel was actually bringing in net-new customers. Meanwhile the lifecycle program and the storefront had not kept pace with the brand, and the biggest single opportunity, the US, was badly underbuilt.
What we did
We fixed the measurement before we touched the spend. Tracking was rebuilt through Elevar into server-side tagging, and we layered incrementality analysis over Meta and Google so decisions ran on real profit rather than platform self-assessment. Then we restructured paid around what that analysis actually said. Online revenue grew 50% year over year with orders up in lockstep.
We rebuilt lifecycle. New flows, redone segmentation, and a campaign cadence tied to the calendar this audience genuinely lives by. Email-attributed revenue climbed 46% and now drives roughly a third of all revenue.
We took the growth work offline too. We led US expansion on the ground: activations, group rides and events, dealer and retailer onboarding, ambassador teams and the relationships behind them, backed by paid media and press. We shot the ambassador-camp content and rented and wrapped the vans that carried it. Behind the store we led the tech implementation, customer support and the reviews program. The US is now the brand’s number-one international market.
We own SEO end to end, and organic search sessions are up 54% year over year.
What we built
Attaquer runs on Shopify Plus, and we keep extending the store as the business grows into it:
- A dealer bulk-order portal for wholesale accounts
- A native wishlist, replacing a third-party dependency
- Size guides and mix-and-match kit bundles on the product pages
- New product-page sections and a custom edge worker handling forms, capture and infrastructure
We also built and ran a community challenge program end to end, from the mechanics to the segmentation to the post-purchase flows. New-customer revenue on that program grew 111% year over year, and those customers came back.
The outcome
Online revenue up 50%. Organic up 54%. Email compounding. The US is the brand’s biggest international market. And leadership can trust the weekly reporting, because the numbers in it are real.
