Work Sundays Retail 2026
Making the shop floor and the storefront finally agree
Built the Sundays website, run paid and SEO, and engineered a Lightspeed-to-Shopify sync so inventory, products and pricing stay true across the counter and the cart.
Visit SundaysThe challenge
Any retailer running a real shop alongside a real online store hits the same wall: inventory lives in the point-of-sale, the storefront lives somewhere else, and the two disagree. Customers find that out at the worst possible moment. Staff patch it with manual double-entry until nobody trusts either number.
Sundays had inventory in Lightspeed and a storefront on Shopify, and no bridge between them.
What we did
We built the Sundays website and run all paid media and SEO. Then we went past where most agencies stop and engineered a Lightspeed-to-Shopify sync, so inventory, products and pricing stay consistent across the counter and the cart without anyone re-keying anything.
That work turned out to be general enough to become its own product, which is now Syncwright.
The outcome
One source of truth across point-of-sale and ecommerce, a storefront built to convert, and a paid and organic program bringing new customers through both the door and the site.
